5801 - So many lives, one bus line

Cinematic storytelling powered by Moviepedia.

The thread that weaves the lives of working women in the city of Montes Claros, in the northern Minas Gerais hinterland, intertwines on the buses of route 5801. Stories, memories, fears, dreams, smiles mixed with exhaustion — some of what remains from these women's daily journeys on public transportation. A record of female strength and sensitivity captured through the eyes of another woman.
