Making Marines

Honor. Courage. Commitment.

For over 200 years, the US Marine Corps has trained America's men and women to fill the ranks of the world's most elite fighting force, and although technology and training techniques have changed, the spirit of the Marine Corps remains the same: Honor. Courage. Commitment. Making Marines follows recruits from day one on Parris Island to the final, grueling 54-hour test of mental and physical endurance, The Crucible. Witness the life-changing transformation from civilian to US Marine -- and the exhaustive training it requires -- firsthand through the eyes of drill instructors, company commanders, and recruits in this all-access documentary that takes cameras behind the closed doors of the Corps' top training facility.
