This is a reset button for the brain. It's a tool to sooth through taking your mind to a place of awe and limitless expanse. If you're stressed out, experiencing heavy emotional turmoil, or just need to give your brain a quick break, I invite you to come back and watch as needed. In order for this to be an effective tool please turn off everything else. Don't do any other thing while watching.
